Description:

The Quebec Acts made the French language and Roman Catholicism official in the colony of Quebec. It also made their boundaries expanded deep into the Ohio Valley and prevented the Americans from settling there. The Quebec Act kept the Canadians loyal to Britain and outraged the Americans. However, it was not intended to punish the Americans.
