forcefully passed from the vulnerability of Charles's position on the 15th of Feb parliament passed a law which acted as true protection toward future parliament as the Triennial effectively stop the idea of personal rule as the Triennial act stated
that the method of ship money being collected toward the monarch's funding was no longer aloud and that Charles had to call for parliament every 3 years even if he dissolved it also it was told that parliament had to last a minimum of 50 days.
