mar 2, 1629 - The Three Resolutions
Description:
on the word that charles is closing down parilment any way for his personal rule 2 MPs kicked back (rebelled)
as they place down some laws that they wanted to happen they though that they would do this by reason and they were going to pass the law that directly attacked the king position
within parilment you could only talk about new laws and rules when the seater in still seating because when the seater stand it shows it is the end of parilment for that day
ON the 2nd of march 1629 2 MPs grabbed the seater and forced him down to his seat to keep him seating so they could get the idea of the new laws though and this is what was called the three resolutions
(side note to this was that upon this day the seater nknew of these acts that why he triedto rush u out of his seat this is because the seater is the one that tell the king personally about all the law that parilment would like to pass on that day and the seater did not want to do this but he was grabbed to quickly his plan didn't work)
the MPs knew that charles would not accept these terms and rules but they wanted to do it any way to show to him (Charles) how angry every one was with him and how badly he is running the country. the main point of the three resolution was all about condemning the collection of tonnage and poundage as well as the doctrine and practice of Arminianism, whilst they restrained the seater
