The implication was that this photograph was taken during the filming of Black Mass in Boston which therefore would have to be on one the times Amber Heard was visiting.
Placed here as Amber Heard was most probably visiting Johnny Depp at this time and had her sister Whitney with her for company. Although Johnny Depp has been known to tie his hair back or use Alice bands his hair in this tight pulled back style is more in keeping with it maybe having been beneath the ‘bald cap’ Johnny wore to play Whitey Bulger.
