Description:
In the late 17th century Anton van Leeuwenhoek became the first person to make and use a real microscope. He was able to create the superior lenses by grinding and polishing five hundred and fifty lenses to make a new lens tube that had a magnification of x270. this microscope could view objects one millionth of a meter, most microscopes before this time were only able to achive x50 magnification.
