In my first year of teaching was an uncomfortable experience. I came in with no experience and was provided four days of training before being thrust into my classroom for the first time. This video shows a snippet of my classroom from that year. I cringe whenever I watch this video but at the same time, it is good to see how far I've come since then in the quality of my teaching.
