Description:
Due to the declining financial situation in France, King Louis XVI summoned an Estates General. The assembly was formed of three states; the nobles, the common-folk, and the clergy. These three estates would vote and levy on taxes and reforms for the country.
(This finnacial crisis would go on to effect future leaders, such as Napoelon who also spent money excessively)
