within the month of October the rump parliament lead by Oliver Cromwell add the idea of the navigation act which was the impact shipping in a positive way as the navigation act increase shipping and exporting products this passage acted the commonwealth to regulate England international trade to build better relationship and business connection with England's colonies at the time. mostly with Americans.
