Description:

Upon Latin regent of Constantine, Maria of Antioch, being overthrown in favor of Andronikos I Komnenos, celebrations spilled into violence against Latins. A mob began attacking city's Latin and Westerner quarter, incidscriminantly massacring Latins and targeting Venetians especially.
