Deimos and Makai agreed to unionize the League of Tresnubes and the Second Nexus Republic. It would be united into a Republic where the different species representing themselves would collectively make decisions on various country issues. The Dynn'Djarrens were made monarchs to execute the decisions as they saw fit. Other families would be allowed this role, the most influential family from each species Humans first, Xinoffs last, and everything in between.
