Description:

The Government worried that they would be sympathetic with the French. The Alien Acts increased the years to become a citizen to 2 to 14 years, and made it that the President had to deport immigrants, etc. The Sedition Acts made it unlawful to badmouth the government. Blacks & Asians still can't become citizens. Wasn't being inclusive to some races still. Voting and Citzenship is still in different categories.
