apr 14, 1738 - Kãèpenta Colony Declares Independence
Description:
Being influenced from the independence of the Simèsèntana colony and the Fapenta colony, the colony of Kãèpenta followed them in their journey for democracy. However, originally declaring themselves as a republic, in 1740, the religious rebel commander who was previously a priest in the colony, Ukèš Gaškaríd, took power and established the rebelling colony as the Theocratic Dominion of Malhena (Malhenic Republic of Kãèpenta).
