Description:

George grenville came into power and enacted laws to give them more control over the colonies. It was a response to the colonial invasion after the indian war and navigation acts. They also altered the approach to imperial administration. The Grenville Act transferred the power of elections from the House of Commons to MPs selected by lot. This made colonists mad.
