Description:
Black vomit's terror over the British troops never ended in Saint-Domingue, and by 1798 nearly all of the British forces there were ill.
The British needing to fight in Jamaica made a deal with Toussaint, they would withdraw their troops if he were not to assist slaves revolting in Jamaica, to which Toussaint agreed on the 31st of August 1798.
