Description:
The Americans outnumbered the British 2 to 1 and had training from the winter at Valley Forge. Lee launched the attack but he didn’t have confidence in his soldiers. He failed to use his advantage which led to soldiers running from the enemy. Washington removed Lee from command and continued the fight. The fighting went back and forth until 6:00 PM. The British wanted to end the fight and Washington agreed because his men were tired.
