-Battle between John Butler's Rangers (on the loyalist side) who were allied with Iroquois Indians and patriot soldiers who were led by Zebulon Butler, Nathan Denisson, George Dorrance-John Butler's Ramgers amd the Iroquois won.
-The battle was followed by the Wyoming Massacre in which the Iroquois Indians killed 360 patriot men, women, and children
