EDMUND RICE TO MOTHER MARY KNOWD, PRESENTATION CONVENT, GEORGE'S HILL, DUBLIN.This letter and the following are the only extant letters between the Founder and the Presentation Sisters, George's Hill, Dublin. It is clear, however from internal evidence that there was a more extensive correspondence, dealing with Edmund's endeavors to obtain for the Sisters a bond, value £530, due to them from the assignees of Henry and William Napper.
