Massive skirmishes break out around the areas of Mexico City, Monterrey, and Acapulco (the last of which was an insurrection led by an aged Emiliano Zapata, who eventually fled to the Philippines). The insurrection is blamed on Bull Party Progressives not being harsh or tactful enough to keep the locals under control.
