Description:
The Dawes Plan was made as an attempt to pay of reparations which Germany needed to pay for the damage they caused in WW1.
The two main agreements of the Plan were:
1. The Ruhr area was to be evacuated by foreign troops.
2. The USA would lend Germany £40 million and Stresemann was given more realistic dates to pay off reparations.
