While Class VII waits for Sara, they discuss the recent unrest in Erebonia over the destruction of Garrellia fortress, and that small parts of it survived, with it being a miracle that Instructor Neithardt survived. They also remark that Crow & Millium are missing that day.

Sara arrives to inform the class that the day's classes are canceled, as Chancellor Osbourne will be giving a national address from Dreichels Plaza. She says radios will be set up in each classroom to listen to the address, so she says to be back in homeroom by noon. She mentions that Millium said there's "no news from the top", so she hasn't been called away by the intelligence division.

Rean decides to ask go ask Towa & George where Crow is.
