nov 1, 236 - Fourth Blackfyre Rebellion 236 AC

Description:

In Tyrosh, Ser Aegor Bittersteel crowns Daemon Blackfyre as King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men after the death of Haegon Blackfyre, another Blackfyre claimant who died in the Third Blackfyre Rebellion. During the Great Council of 233 AC, Aenys Blackfyre tried to make his claim on the Iron Throne, but he was arrested and executed on the orders of Brynden Bloodraven, the Hand of the King.

King Daemon led the Golden Company across the Narrow Sea with the help of Bittersteel. They landed at Massey's Hook in the Crownlands.

King Aegon the Unlikely and his three sons rode out of King's Landing to face the invaders. A battle broke out at Wendwater Bridge, and the Golden Company was defeated. Lord Commander Duncan of the Kingsguard killed Daemon, and Aegor Rivers fleed back into exile in Essos.
