During this time Johnny Depp was comparing his Rum Diary co-star Amber Heard to Hollywood greats such as Lauren Bacall.

The London Press Junket for The Rum Diary took place over 2-3 days during which time Johnny (and Bruce Robinson and Amber Heard) gave the short ‘junket style’ interviews and also sat with journalists for longer more in-depth conversations,

Some of the interviews were published to coincide with the TRD London Premiere whilst others (most) were kept back and released on or just before 11 November 2011 when The Rum Diary went on UK national release.

For conformity (and space) most of the junket interview are grouped together on the day they happened (where that can be identified). The longer more high profile interviews are entered on an individual basis.
