Following the failed merger with AJR Fans back in January, the two servers went different paths. AJR Fans stayed stagnant while AJREarlyReleases kept growing.

Discussions for this merger was short, with the top staff at AJR Fans agreeing to "merge" (be acquired) in a few hours. This was followed by arguments within AJR Fans staff and boycotts, however the acquisition was completed and AJR Fans was archived.
