may 2, 1316 - Anatomy of the Human Body by Luzzi
Description:
Mondino published his work on the anatomy of the human body, called Anathomia corporis humani. This text was essentially Mondino’s version of the Arabs’ version of Galen’s work (so Galen’s ideas just distorted). This text became popular among universities and was implemented in many medical curricula, especially when witnessing public dissections.
