12/12/16 to 01/07/17 Zayne and I exchanged text messages negotiating the engine $80,000 and how we can civilly come to an agreement that works for both of us. Zane offers $3,000 for the engine I responded via counter demand $3,000 for the engine and a receipt for the $80,000 paid in full child support from Melissa as well as a quick claim deed from Melissa for an unrelated property that I own. ****text negations between Zayne /James
