Same day on 10/29/15 I spoke to Zane over the phone I let him know I wanted all my money back ASAP. Zane then apologized and offered me a deal that seemed like it would work. He told me that he was trying to purchase an engine with the money that he had left. He told me he would transfer $6K toward the purchase but that he was 10K short. I told him that I would buy the engine, But that he would have to leave the engine at a mutual friends shop. He said that once the engine was installed in his 1967 Nova. That he would sell the car for $25,000 to $35,000. The $35,000 or so would be used to fix up his house real property located at 1951 3rd Avenue North St Petersburg Florida. The proceeds of the sale would pay me $90,000.00 and his mortgage of $100,000 and his brother Jesse $50,000. I would do repairs as he or I got supply money. ***the DEAL (Zayne's proposed plan). Over the next few weeks I worked on said property. Work I performed was I did two bathrooms and some flooring as well as some siding repair **** James kept his side of deal work performed on 1951 3rd ave n by James.
