Description:

After Patriot Gen Thomas Sumter's men captured a British baggage train, he sent the captured baggage down the Santee River with pilot Robert Livingstone while Sumter was evading Lord Rowden's army. British Lt William Cooper's men captured the boats containing Sumter's supplys taking them to Fort Waston.
