On the same night the State Armory was raided, Patriots also removed gun powder from the Robert Cochran magazine located in the Charles Town Neck.. After 1600 pounds of powder was taken, Governor Bull offered a reward for the thieves but no one informed because they were men of high rank, members of the legislature, and cousins of Gov Bull.
