British Lt Col George Turnbull force march into York District after the battle of Ramsour's Mill. From Turnbull's force, Maj fBerguson and Capt Hucks move to Bullocks Creek, skirmishing and killing a number of Whigs including "Good Ole Mr Fleming", 70 years old who may be the Fleming who had four sons in the Patriot militia.
