The Patriot privateers Fair American and Argo captured two British privateers, Elphinstpone and Arbuthnot en-route from New York to St. Kills in the Caribbean. The following day the Patriots sailed the two prize ships through the British blockade into Charles Town Harbor.Added to timeline:
