On October 14th, SC Navy snow Fair American teamed with the Philadelphia privateer Holke captured the Richard from Glasgow also bound for Charles Town. The next day, they attacked the armed transport Richmond. After a short skirmish the Richmond struck her colors.Added to timeline:
