Description:

The Patriot Col Andrew Neal, Sr militia were camped at Meador's Plantation near Brown Creek. Loyalist milita of Capt Alexander Chesney attacked the Patriots capturing many prisoners. They then continued east crossing the Broad River joining with Lt Col George Campbell's Volunteers of New York who had moved to Richard Winn's Plantation at Winnsboro, SC.
