Description:
On May 20th, Major General Nathanael Greene camped on Bush River, arriving the next day at Ninety Six. The next day, some of his light troops skirmished with some Loyalists as described by Kirkwood and Seymour below. Maj Seymour said "On the twenty-first of May we took and killed about twelve Tories. Marched sixteen miles."
