Small skirmish at Greek/Bulgarian border. Treated by the LON as an invasion and Greece is ordered to pay reparation fee.
Greece felt it was treated unfairly given very different treatment of much larger, serious invasions by Italy, which was in some ways supported by the League.
Highlighted bias in League, as well as its lack of authority over larger states and its greater authority over less powerful states.
