Description:

The Boston Massacre was the result of high taxation, unfair treatment of colonists, and an anti-British mindset. Smaller instances of conflict eventually led to what would be known as the Boston Massacre. Five colonists were killed and several more were injured. This event allowed both the colonists and soldiers to spread propaganda surrounding their side of the story. Ultimately, this event was important in establishing the mindset among the people that led to the revolution.
