Description:

An anarchist militant, Simon Radowitzky, who was a minor when he committed the attack, assassinated commissioner Ramón Lorenzo Falcón by successfully attacking him with a bomb.
Falcón's murder produced a new wave of repression that was colored by episodes of anti-Semitic and xenophobic violence, in addition to the looting and burning of various newspapers, libraries and socialist and anarchist institutions.
