Description:

Following the 6 day war 242 was created. It proposed the idea of peace for land yet never specified which should come first. Called upon Israel to return occupied territories and recognised the right for all in the region to live in peace with a secure recognised border. Accepted by Israel, Egypt and Jordan but Syria did not accept due to lack of reference to Palestinian problem. * Arabs acknowledge Israels existence and basis for the Camp David accords, one of the 1st moves towards peace in the conflict.
