During attempted transport of SCP-503-23 to Floor -1, Franek slipped and plummeted into the water of the overflow district. He was retrieved all the same, but a container of SCP-503-23 was lost.This lost container would later mutate due to extensive contact with water and DNA held in the bits and pieces of SCP-503-17 and -20, leading to the formation of SCP-503-19 (Squid Dogs).
