Description:

A month after 2nd Battle of Nahavand, Surkhab led Persian army enter Ctesiphon, its nearly a century of Arabs occupy, and would again as capital of the Sassanian and Persian Empire for the last time; the rebuilt of Ctesiphon start after the war, but when the prograss in about 75 percent, the Sassanian collapse due to civil wars and the finance crisis caused by Tang's decline, and Ctesiphon never become capital for later centuries again.
