feb 10, 1763 - End of Seven Years War

Description:

The Seven Years War was the first ever global war that was fought. It started in 1756, when Britain officially declared war against France after France's repeated expansion into the Ohio Valley. The war ended on February 10, 1763 when the Treaty of Paris was signed. France lost most of their colonial empire through the treaty. Britain received a lot of France's land overseas and the French was not happy with that. The result of the Seven Years War eventually lead to the French siding with the patriots in the American Revolution.
