Description:
Roosevelt, Stalin, and Churchill would all meet at this conference to discuss what actions to take concerning the structure of Europe. Germany would split into four zones of occupation, and Stalin promised to allow free elections from countries he had freed Nazi control. Many believe this would be why the Cold War started.
