He comes face to face with Kayla who saw him and Anna together. They argue, she’s upset that she lost his virginity to him but it was all false. He loves Anna and it was never real between them, no one loves Kayla and that their friendship was all one sided. Sam is upset because he does care about Kayla a lot. She says he’s changed – and he has. Since finding Anna broken, he has found his bravery. Knows he can’t go back to the quiet boy Kayla liked. He has to be brave and strong. This is the effective end of his and Kayla Haywood’s friendship.
