Motorola released the Motorola dynaTAC to the public. With a talk time of 1 hour, because of the deplorable battery. Only the richest of the rich could pay for it because it costed 50ndollars a month, not counting the 40 cent fee per minute during peak and 24 cents a minute during non-peak hours.
