It was a Sunday when the Japanese would attack Pearl Harbor. In total, 150 American airplanes would be destroyed, six battleshpis sunk, and nearly 2,400 Americans would be killed. This would be the event that lead to the entry of the U.S. into WWII. It is believed that FDR and his administration knew of the attack, but did nonthing against it in order for Americans to support entry into the war.Added to timeline:
