5h 15min, aug 13, 2018 y - Suspious grey truck is seen

Description:

Chris’s neighbor “Carlyon tells officer Manley that she saw a grey truck on 8/13/2018 at 5:15am when she left for the gym.

It was still there when she came home at 6:45am & at 12:00pm.

The witness was never followed up with by police.
