Description:

CBI refuses 12 items of evidence including:

swabs taken from the bodies

fingernail clippings of all 3 victims were marked with code E (exodus=elimination)

CBI did not wish to take possession of these and other items of evidence, or to keep them at their lab.

All items were transported back to Frederick police department
