→ Both navies agreed to work out joint tactics in the event of war.
→ Both powers’ agreed that their armies would attack immediately in the event of war with Germany.
→ Russia promised to attack Germany after just 15 days of mobilisation, or M+15. This showed that Germany had severely overestimated the time needed for Russian mobilisation in the Schlieffen Plan.
