Stacy Galbraith, CBI interviews Nichol’s friend Charlotte & says, “I attempted to clarify this with Nichol . “I asked her why you would be call me & she said it could be because of the tests we exchanged & then she showed me. I texted her & call her. The phone when straight to VM like it was off. She showed me the old text message on her phone the night before last (9/5/2018) when she was here at my house. We had went to Verizon earlier on that same day so she could get a new phone since the one she had wasn’t working well. It must be that the message were backed up & transferred over to the new phone.”

Charlotte mentions her dad passed a couple of weeks ago & been drinking a lot to deal with things. Nichol sent photo, thought it wasn’t smart to date men at work, Nichol is private, dates a lot, hasn’t had luck in men. Nichol’s a mess & feels responsible & he went crazy because Nichol's in the picture.
