When Lenin was still in power, he decided to make life easier for unwealthy people. He declared peasants to be able to sell goods and for them to be able to own small businesses. Basically, Russia used propaganda to enforce these new ideas onto Russia. The officials told them false information so they could feel important.Added to timeline:
