After being attacked twice, New Ulm was getting concerned. With almost no food and ammunition, 2000 people, in and around New Ulm, evacuated to Mankato. Some rush to St. Peter and St. Paul. In early September, people start going back to New Ulm. In December, their government is reorganized.Added to timeline:
